Laurie R. Noe is an educational consultant specializing in early childhood development and early literacy professional development activities. Laurie is a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and works as a college professor and speaker at national, local and regional education conferences. She has also been a preschool teacher, a preschool director, and the executive director of a nonprofit agency that created the Literacy Caravan.
